During his engagement with the disputes division of OFB Tech Limited (OfBusiness) and OXYZO Financial Services Limited, Mr. Goswami handled complex litigation and regulatory matters across the petroleum, FMCG, manufacturing, infrastructure, banking, and finance sectors, while coordinating with enforcement agencies and statutory authorities in sensitive commercial disputes.

Prior to establishing his independent practice, he trained under some of India’s leading Senior Advocates, including Mr. Sanjoy Ghose and Mr. Pragyan Sharma, assisting in constitutional, arbitration, criminal, intellectual property, and high-value commercial matters.
