Varun Maheshwari serve as Panel Counsel for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC). his practice primarily focuses on contentious litigation, specializing in civil and arbitration matters. I regularly appear before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various subordinate courts, forums, commissions, and tribunals.

His litigation experience encompasses a wide array of areas including recovery suits, specific performance, injunctions, declarations, partition, succession, wills & probate, and matters under the Delhi Rent Control Act. he have represented clients at all levels of courts in Delhi and other states

On the corporate side, he handle compliance issues, structure commercial contracts, and manage legal documentation. This includes drafting petitions, complaints, and applications, as well as overseeing general legal management and administration, including liaison duties.
